Ganesh Raam Velayutham
Ganesh Raam Velayutham is the Founder and Group Chairman of Adobha Group.
He started his career in January 2004 as a fresh engineering graduate with a starting salary of ₹6,000 per month. Over the next twenty years, through persistence, learning, and an unwavering commitment to honest business, he built a diversified group of companies operating across Singapore and India.
Ganesh's philosophy is shaped by one core belief: business exists to serve people. Every company he has built reflects this — from the co-living properties that house Singapore's working professionals, to the clean food brand bringing honest coconut products to families across India and the world.
He is an engineer by training, a systems thinker by nature, and a builder by conviction. He is based in Singapore and divides his time between Singapore and India.
Outside of business, Ganesh is an avid golfer — finding in the game the same qualities he values in business: patience, precision, and continuous improvement.
